Vintage Conditions:

2010 was a great year for growing grapes in Mudgee. A dry Summer and cool Autumn nights provided perfect ripening for all white varieties. This Riesling was harvested on 6th February 2010.

A deep garnet red colour, the wine exhibits classic cabernet characters, rich and complex with flavours of mint, spice and black cherry. The large portion of new oak supports the firm tannins and spicy coffee and cedar notes. This reserve Cabernet has great life ahead, maybe even 15..

2007 Reserve Shiraz

Made with traditional open fermenters ,gentle hand plunged then matured in new and used French oak barrels.Intense ruby red hues lead inticingly to aromas of star anise,clove,cinnamon,mulberry and black cherry.The finish is long and well balanced.Some sealed under vino lock.
