This single vineyard Half Dry Riesling was hand picked in the early morning from the lower half of the Riesling block and then whole bunch pressed. The pressings portion were kept seperate and then allowed to wild ferment on old French Hogshead barrels to gain further complexity. Classical Riesling with lime and citrus notes, a lovely half dry mid palate and finishing with fresh natural acidity.
