Brick red in colour with aromas of olives and black cherry.  The fine grain French oak supports flavours of spicy berry fruits and cassis.  Light in alcohol but soft and full bodied, this wine can be enjoyed now or left in mature for 6-8 years.  Look out for our Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon for a mature full bodied, richer style of wine.
