Tasting Notes
Unfortunately we have retired our last remaining stocks of this wine to our museum collection and therefore it is no longer available.
Our next Reserve Cabernet (2008 Vintage) is due to be released in February 2010.
Made with traditional open fermenters ,gentle hand plunged then matured in new and used French oak barrels .Deep garnet red in colour exhibiting classic cabernet characters of eucalypt and menthol with perfumed wild berries and classic oak.Sealed under VinoLock glass.
