Pipeclay Pumphouse opened on 12 September 2013. With Pipeclay Pumphouse came a new type of restaurant for Mudgee, one where the majority of produce is home grown or locally sourced and prepared with a fine touch in a relaxed atmosphere.
For menu diversity produce has also been sourced from further afield. The menu changes from season to season to make the most of the bountiful regional produce.
