- Freight charges will be added to your order. Please contact us if you need to know these charges
- Payment must be by Visa, Amex, Diners or Mastercard unless other arrangements are agreed. All amounts shown or charged are in Australian dollars
- For your security, the credit card details you provide to us online are encrypted using a digital security certificate supplied through Equifax and processed using financial industry standards by PayPal.
- You may skip or cancel a delivery at any time up to one week prior to despatch; please just give us written notice. Any skips or cancels after that time will be refunded excluding the freight charge.

- We will not use the personal and credit card details you supply for anything other than delivering a superior service to you
- We do NOT share your details with third parties
Shipping and Delivery
- We use Australia Post for our deliveries. Delivery usually takes 7-12 working days please advise us if you have not received your wine.
- If you do not specify delivery instructions and are not home at the time of delivery, a card will be left by Australia Post to advise you of the delivery attempt. You will then be required to collect your pack from your closest post office.
